Wedding dress shopping…since when do I need to make an appointment to buy a dress? And why can’t I just try it on in my size and buy it like I do all my other clothes?..and what style do like will an A-line look good on me or should I go for a mermaid silhouette or a trumpet or a ballgown?

And do I want lace or satin or beading

and a wedding veil, the only thing I’ve ever worn on my head before is a hat or a headband and now I need to think about wearing something over my face or not and if I want ivory or off-white, and aren’t those the same colors? and then what about the length I thought a chapel and cathedral were churches and then the trim lace, pearls, rhinestones, and a comb is something you brush your hair with, not something you wear…

then wedding earrings in gold or silver. do I wear a bracelet or a necklace or both? and a garter…I don’t even know what that is other than something that people talk about when they get married and then there are a million options for those too. what size do I buy… where should I wear it on my leg and should I get a toss garter or do I even want to actually toss the garter?

Okay…this may sound completely ridiculous, but you’re probably smiling right now because it is so true.
