Big Rock Bridal loves celebrating brides and giving you the feeling of receiving a gift rather than shipping an order. All Big Rock Bridal wedding veils, garters and accessories will arrive in our signature white keepsake gift boxes, or garment bag, and a hand tied black ribbon. Inside the gift box is neatly wrapped with white tissue paper and soft white tissue shred for protection during travel. Big Rock Bridal pieces are intended to be wedding keepsakes, and to live on as heirlooms to be passed down
through generations to come.

This is a bride gift, do you offer gift wrapping?

Due to a high demand for customizations, we created a RTW (Ready to Wed) collection for brides-to-be needing a quick turnaround. The wedding veils, wedding garters and bridal accessories in this line are available with minimal custom options, upon request, such as adding a monogram to your wedding garter or veil, etc. The ship time for wedding veils, garters and bridal accessories in our RTW collection is about 1-2 weeks, and for the wedding dresses 4-6 weeks. do you offer customizations to your RTW Collection? 

Big Rock Bridal wedding dresses, veils and bridal accessories are intended to be shared through generations and thus, proper care is an important part of the heirloom process.

Big Rock Bridal garters, wedding jewelry and wedding hairpieces will arrive in keepsake boxes, to save and protect them before and after your wedding. Your wedding garter may be gently spot cleaned with cold water, and a delicate detergent, then fully air-dried before storing.

Big Rock Bridal wedding dresses will arrive in a keepsake garment bag  for storage and safe keeping before and after the wedding. We always recommend having a licensed professional dry cleaner steam your wedding dress prior to the big day, and having it properly cleaned after the wedding before storing away. Preservation is not needed, unless desired, but please ensure the pieces are stored in your keepsake bag.

Big Rock Bridal veils will include a hanger and garment bag. The wedding veil will arrive with a metal comb have a detachable ribbon to easily slide over the hanger. You will remove this ribbon for wearing. You may iron your wedding veil on low to medium heat, moving very quickly, if in a bind,  but we do recommend having a licensed professional dry cleaner steam it prior to the wedding, and cleaning it after before storing away.

How do I care for my pieces once delivered?

Custom bridal designs will take several weeks, depending on the piece, design, and the supplies needed to complete the work. We begin each bridal experience with a consultation to access your needs and desires, and then implement a design plan. On average you can expect custom wedding dresses to take 3-6 months, wedding veils 4-5 weeks, and smaller accessories, such as a wedding hairpiece or garter 2-3 weeks.
